"Horrible service. Arrived at approximately 7:45 with only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Ordered a 3pc chicken finger combo, a large bo rounds, and a Cajun chicken biscuit. I was asked to pull up and someone would bring the food out. At 8:30 a man walked out and asked us what we had ordered… I told him exactly what it was. Got our food at 8:35. The chicken finger combo was ICE COLD and the chicken biscuit was a very old disgusting ham biscuit instead. I’m super disappointed that I waited almost an hour for food that we don’t even want to eat."

"We had a neighbor to pass and all of their family and friends were going to be gathering at their house. I called ahead of time to see if we could get some plates, cups, and napkins to carry with the food if we purchased the food from there. The manager was very nice and said, " no problem". So we went and purchased two tailgate or family meals. They gave us the things that we asked for so that the family didn't have to wash dishes. I felt that was very nice of Bojangles manager to do that with them having a death in their family. We purchased chicken and biscuits, potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, dirty rice, green beans and pinto beans and a gallon of tea. We thought that made a good meal for them. Thank you Bojangles, manager and crew for good food, service, and kindness."
