"The self checkout kiosk sucks but the food was good and my order was ready in a timely manner. The employee were not as friendly as they should of been. We need more human interaction not less. Making customer use that kiosk is just plain wrong and taking jobs away from people who could really use it. I would rather have a choice than be forced to use a kiosk."

"We ordered soft tacos, regular and supreme. We started eating in our car on the way back home when we realized that our food was COLD!! I'm talking about the meat was cold like it had been sitting out for a bit..we finished eating after we got home and heating them up..but we were very dissatisfied considering we used to always get good hot food!! Never had any problems til this..Trust that you resolve the issue whatever it might be.. Sincerely, A loyal customer"

"The man at the drive through window on September 8th, 2023 was polite. I don't know his name but he's a slender white guy with longish hair and he gave me extra sauces when I asked him too and had a good attitude and customer service skills. The food was made very fast and was delicious. Good job, taco bell."

"Today we had great customer service at the drive through. The woman who took our order answered questions and was helpful with the menu. At the window she handed our food promptly with gloves on, and told us to have a good day with a smile. She was awesome and it doesn’t go unnoticed! We got the grilled cheese burrito, beef chalupa’s (no tomato), nacho supreme verda fries, tacos and watermelon lemonade slush. The drink was good and flavorful."

"I'm not sure if it's a lack of care in the work that you do or what but this is the last time I order something that cost 7.50 and it comes looking like it went through a storm that's how I got my Mexican pizza, how hard is it to get people the food they ordered and it not look like it does and the meat in the tacos at times has no flavor. People need to be retrained or go find something else your good at doing because this isn't it."
