"We orders 2 #9s and thats it and they had use pull too a parking spot and had us wait 28mins on our food they were not busy at all there was 2 other cars waiting on there food also for over 20mins. On top of the 28min wait our fries were cold. We could see inside thru the drive thru window where we were parked and we waited 2 employees play on there phone and throwing a box around the whole time we are outside waiting on our order for 28mins.. Its Nonsense"
"Overall it's just the bottom of the barrel of fried chicken. If you need to cut down on the sodium I would skip this place. That saying "you get what you pay for" really does ring true about this KFC & all of the others too. Grocery store deli's have better fried chicken."
"I had to try the double down before it disappears from the menu! I've been inside before but today I went through the drive-thru. Service was excellent and in fact they caught that they rang my order up as a Box lunch instead of the double down meal and promptly refunded me the difference. I was in such a hurry that I would have never noticed even with my receipt in hand. It wasn't much of a difference in price, but shows that they care and are watching out for the customer."
