"Here playing a softball tournament. Bathrooms are bad. Bring your own TP as it is not kept stocked. Lots of items stored all around as well so not too safe for littles at the ball field near concession stands. This city could be making lots of money on concessions but….."
"The big playground is beautiful! The kids not following the rules puts others at risk which isn't cool. The little playground is gross and desperately needs to be pressure washed."
"This is a great park for children to spend time in. There is a large playground, large sandpit, swings, and even a little play area for toddlers. Shelters require reservations. There is a decent public bathroom as well. Two picnic tables near the big kids playground do not need reservations. Crowded during the weekends."
"This was our first visit to the park since it was remodeled. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The new playground is for children 5-12 years old. There are some very high parts. It has the biggest slide I've ever seen! Once I made my 5 year old aware of the parts to be careful at (the openings), he was fine. He was able to go down the big slide on his own. There is a rubber footing under everything that is very soft and squishy. It's much better than the mulches I had to endure as a child! There are also some new swings that are very nice. There is a smaller playground for younger children. It is much safer than the big one. The big sand pit is fun if you remember to bring some toys for the kids. The picnic areas are very nice and clean. Everything was very clean and in great shape. It has definitely been well maintained. This will definitely be a park we visit a lot!"
"Great park, secluded location, lots of parking with one of the best slides I've seen for kids. The pavilions are clean, the only negative to mention are some of the benches are broken. Beyond that, absolutely recommend."
