"I just went through the drive through, and ordered a good amount of food. Everyone got everything, but they didn’t give me my ghost pepper chicken fries! What is it with people forgetting something every time! Very disappointing"

"Well, I was a regular customer, but the manager's attitude lost me. He should not be a manager. If it's just you and 1 other associate, I get that it is overwhelming. But you need to find that balance and not ignore one half of your customers. On top of that, please take note manager guy....CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES UP BIG TIME FOR THE TIME THEY WAITED. You were severely rude to me and blamed me for your issues. I will not be back. I have submitted a complaint to company as well. Here's one pic of him ignoring me out of the many times."

"This was pretty much just a typical fast food restaurant. They were busy, so we did have to wait on our for a while. Which is understandable since they were busy. We did get fresh fries which was very nice. The burgers weren't very fresh though and mine had way too much sauce on it. Overall, pretty much what I expect from a burger king."

"Had a wonderful breakfast this morning at the Taylor's BK! Food was prepared with care, quickly and with super-friendly service. The store was very clean and all the cheerful holiday decor warmed up an otherwise frigid morning. It's evident this Monday 10am crew takes pride in what they do. We'll definitely be back!"
