"Lunch at the Bojangles on N Pleasantburg is one of our favorite fast food experiences! It's the staff that makes that happen. They are efficient, friendly, helpful, and always greet us with a smile. We're usually there for lunch with an extended family group of about 10. They work hard to get the orders filled quickly and correctly. Highly recommended!"
"Absolutely abhorrent. Staff is severely rude, cannot ring up correct orders, and after going back TWICE to fix my order they still didn’t give me the correct food. Refusing to go back and refusing to recommend this place any longer. The fact that a business can sit there and hire blatant morons and still expect service to be quality is beyond me. A joke, a disgrace. Everyone that works here should be ashamed of themselves."
