"We’ve lived in Greenville our whole lives and never knew this place existed. The seafood is delicious! The service from getting in and getting a table to getting our food in a timely manner from both a friendly hostess and a friendly waitress was great! There were several people in the restaurant when we went and everyone looked like they were having a good time. I loved the 1/2 off oysters and the clams. Everything was so good :)"
"I am not sure if we always pick a bad time or they don't rotate inventory enough. This last and final time we came here, we started with the oyster Rockefeller, which looked good, but the oyster itself was just a black ball of gritty mud. Moved on to a Voodoo pasta and a low country boil type dish. Again it looked great but, alas.....after a bite or two I was like "what is that funky zing," Well, I picked up my clams and smelled them with a rush of stink that I can only describe as sewer, so obviously wayyyy bad and decided not to risk it and pushed it off to the side and ate my salad.(they did take it off my bill) The boil wasn't bad per say, but the shrimp were like chewing on rubber and the hush puppies were so dry a 5 minute melted butter soak couldn't do them justice. A lot of people love this place, but sadly for us, we have been let down too many times."
"We came here on a Friday night about 7:30 PM, and were seated right away even though the most tables were filled. There was a guy playing his guitar and singing which added to the bustling atmosphere. We had to wait a while for our food; however, the portions were large and everything was hot and tasted good. There was a bar on one side of the restaurant and it appeared that there were many "regulars" and people were having a good time!"
"First time trying this place out and it didn’t disappoint. We were told the wait was about 45 minutes but ended up being about 20. Our waiter was quick to get our drinks and continued to be very attentive during the whole service. The food came out quickly and was delicious! Even my very picky son cleaned his plate."
