Reviews of Panther Creek Trailhead
"Amazing hike. Got there at 7:30AM and didn't see anyone until I hiked out. The bridges are out, so expect to wade the creek in a few places to get to the falls. Great to sit and be surrounded by nature. Brought breakfast - great place to have a cup of coffee. Remember, if you hike it in, hike it out. Leave only footprints. I will be back. Picture of Moose making coffee."
"Super cool hike. Decent for all ages. Dogs welcome. Ended up right at 10 miles but we did a little extra exploring past the "main waterfall". Second half of trail is over grown, but the first half is well worn and easy to follow. Beautiful falls, great for summer time."
"A beautiful hike along a creek with multiple small waterfalls leading up to an amazing waterfall at the end. The bridges are out but there are rock crossings of you have good balance."
"I was told this was a great fishing spot by my brother in law... great place to hike if your ready for intermediate trails. Not so much for fishing. Don't get me wrong, I had a great time and caught two but it's a hike to get in and out of those ravines. Maybe I'll leave the waders at home next time so I don't worry about ripping them. Heck I'll be back even if only to hike that trail again. Be careful and have fun. Take some pics for me..."
"Now I definitely loved this hike. I took my 15 year old son and my 14 year old daughter. This isn't an easy hike but definitely not a hard one as well. Couple rough spots that you have to be careful. Also there's a spot where you have to cross the water and it can be real slippery. There's a rope for you to hold on to but just be prepared to possibly get wet. The water was beautiful. The hike is 3.5 miles or a little more. So many beautiful spots along the trail. This definitely one of my best waterfall hikes. I'd recommend this place to anyone in decent shape or active. Bring water and snacks if you want but keep your hands free you may have to use them in spots to keep your balance."
