"Why is it that when you order delivery with KFC you don’t get your sauce napkins straws or utensils or all your product? I ordered a tender meal with macaroni and cheese and didn’t get sauce even the extra I paid for. Nor did I get a straw or utensils. I believe I deserve better service than that. How will I be compensated for that?"

"KFC is one of my favorite fast food joints. Employees, please make sure you get the orders correct. Take a few seconds to double check what you put in the customer’s bags. it’s very upsetting to get down the road and have the wrong sides, no napkins, no condiments. i know to err is human, just a reminder to have smiling returning customers. Also, please make sure you follow guidelines correctly on portion control. My slaw had about 2 bits, the rest was juice. I am sure this is not the protocol for serving slaw."
