"Besides that, Taco Bell has raised their prices to the extreme. The food has gone way down. For 2 people, I ordered 1 meal and 3 items off the value menu $28. The taco shells were stale. The tortilla were hard. The few items we had ground beef in them had very little amount and was unflavored. The beans were overcooked. I wanted my favorite Mexican pizza, but at $7 for that with nothing else, it was way too expensive. I don't know how a family would be able to eat there without spending $60-100. I'm sorry, I'll pass for that, and go for good food at a nice sit-down restaurant, not at a"cheap cost to make" (slow)fast food restaurant. 20min to wait for 2 in the drive-through and 1 ahead of me. Sorry, Taco Bell, but you lost a long time customer."
"Two times in a row, order door dash for work lunch, and they keep getting my order wrong. This time they just didn't include part of my meal. I called and asked for a refund, they said they could replace it, but since I am working, this doesn't resolve my issue. Then when I explained I couldn't pick it up at this time, they hung up on me. Waste of money and time."
"I had recently ordered inside at the kiosk, at this location. I’ve ordered both in and out here few times. On this particular afternoon, I waited longer than usual. One of the associates asked if I was waiting for my order, and then showed them the order receipt on my phone. The payment was already processed. I waited for my food patiently for almost 30 min. The associates didn’t bother asking when my food was coming. They looked at me like a bunch of idiots while making other people’s food orders, instead of letting me know that my order was coming. I finally got up and asked another associate about my order. They were able to look up the order and make my food. It was nearly 40 minutes until I got my food and drink. This location is ridiculous and highly unprofessional. These associates need to be trained on how to look, talk, and act professional."
"Clean. Staff friendly and all groomed to perfection. Food was tasty, H-O-T, fresh, and I am definitely pleased each visit. Best one I have been to in any state!! KUDOS is definitely a location that others could benefit from."
