"The Tire Air Pump machine was broken for some reason. I called the store and spoke with Kyle, he placed me on hold for a couple of minutes to go and take a look at it, came back to the phone to advise me he had fixed the Air Pump. Very fast and efficient service. This is a pretty good QT location when it comes to customer service."

"Always nice and friendly staff. I do hate when they are out of drinks, especially when I come in for tea, hot chocolate, or cappuccino. I do appreciate the new additions of the creamers and whipped topping. The app is my favorite. Free food, reduced prices, great sales!"

"I’m a regular to this QT b/c of proximity to my work. This is just a shout out to the manager/ day manager guy- short black hair, always there during weekdays. I’m encouraged whenever I see him there working, great sense of enthusiasm, humor, and hard work. Uncommon to find workers like that. This store is run pretty well. I think probably most issues stem from the clientele."
