"Wings were cold. Definitely not fresh. Fries were inedible. Chicken fingers were excellent. Chicken sandwich excellent. I’ve eaten here 3 times since they opened and first trip good, second trip didn’t eat anything as it was the worst Zaxby’s experience I’ve ever had, tonight was half good and half not. "They did not make a good 1st impression with me. I came there to dine in just to find out the lobby was closed so I got take out instead and they left out my sauces that I had already ordered. Luckily I noticed this and was able to get them before I drove off but what I didn't catch in time was that they did not give me any napkins either. I keep napkins in my car just in case or I would have been eating with no way to clean myself off. The fries were overcooked but the rest of the food was pretty good because it is really hard to mess up a Chicken strips meal. Even though I live close, doubt I will be back. There are plenty of other ones in the area that have dine in."
