"On the 1st day of the New Year. Service at this location sucks. Made an order to pick up on my way to work, but they have obviously changed store hours. I use to be able to pick up at 6am, but got there at 6:45, and was told that they don't open until 7am. I had to go to work, so I canceled order but was still charged. Called store 3 different times to confirm my order was canceled, and they hung up the phone on me 3 times. On the 4th time, I got the store manager, Tish who was no help at all. If you don't know how to provide good service, then please get out of customer service. Triflin people working there."
"I usually drive right past this Hardee’s to go to the one in Lyman instead. On this day I was in a hurry, so I stopped here. There were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and I was one of 2 cars in the drive-thru. I simply ordered a gravy biscuit and a drink and I have currently been waiting 15 minutes. The extra drive to Lyman is worth it."
"This place sucks. I paid 5 something for a 3 piece chicken got 1 and 1/2 pieces of chicken. They ended up giving me more chicken to make up for it but then I got home and realized my burger had the wrong bun. I live 30 minutes away. Would not recommend. Greer Hardee's is way better. Runs like clockwork"
"Clean bathroom. The dining area was spotless. All the employees were friendly with Southern hospitality charm . Emily took my order and made some great suggestions.The food was hot and delicious. I had the chicken sandwich combo and an apple turnover. Just as good as a chic filet sandwich and light-years better than McDonald's. And the chicken tenders were so good that I ordered a 10 pack to go. Best Hardee's I've been to in years. Thank you all for a great experience!"
"I asked "please be patient with the food". Because lately my food has been overcooked and burnt. Get my food and still over cooked and burnt. Very displeased."
