"We placed an online order and when we arrived they hadn't even started it. Then it was going to be 5 minutes for the Cajun chicken to cook which turned into about 8-9 minutes. We get our food finally and then had to get cups for our drinks which took another 2 minutes. While they are fixing drinks we were checking the bag and didn't have bo rounds. We let them know and they said it would be another 5 minutes. We were the first customers in there and ended up being last. Very frustrating!"
"This location is the newest but it’s also the worst Bojangles in Spartanburg. I ordered a Chicken Supremes combo. My chicken was undercooked so it was slimy with the breading falling off. My fries were also undercooked, they were pale, flimsy and still full of oil. Some of the fries were black.The Pink lemonade was water."
"Ms. Peaches is everything. Her attitude is so delightful she makes you smile even if you don’t feel like smiling. Bojangles is so lucky to have her on there team. I know this review is suppose to be about the food which is always good but Ms Peaches service makes the experience that much better 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️"
