Burger King 6196 U.S. 221, Roebuck, SC 29376

"Dining room was closed, so we pulled through the drive thru. Ordered with a very polite nice person who confirmed my order before pulling up. This was hands down the best Burger King food I’ve ever had in my entire life. We were driving up from Florida and have never experienced a food quality like we have tonight. We ordered 2 impossible whoppers with onions rings and fries, 1 frozen cherry icee and 1 large Diet Coke. Everything came out extremely fast. Both sandwiches were incredibly fresh, hot, seasoned, properly balanced setup and no shortness on the amount of ingredients either. The buns tasted like they had been baked in house same day. They were so soft and fluffy. I ate my sandwich slow as if I had just gotten home from a prison stint of 10 years. Fries? I didn’t know BK could make fries like this. Perfectly crisp, salted and so hot they burned my tongue. I couldn’t get enough. Even the onion rings which are normally sad and taste like old burnt fryer oil, were really good here. The Diet Coke was a perfect sweetness and nicely carbonated while the cherry icee (while dying fast) was movie-theater nostalgic. They didn’t miss any condiments or napkins I requested either. Thank you for giving Burger King a better name, and putting out food that is clearly made and served with love."

"Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I hate I didn’t catch her name, but the woman working the drive thru on 11/08/23 at 8:00 a.m. was awesome. Seriously the nicest, friendliest person and I hope she sees this. Thanks for starting my day off with good vibes and in the right direction. She deserves a raise!"

"Me and my family stopped here to get a quick bite. The nice lady with the lip piercing who took our order was very nice. She was sweet and was very patient with us. Our food was so good. We have been to many burger kings and the food was never like the food we ordered today."

"I just left this location ordering a bacon dbl cheeseburger combo only mayo on it. As I'm going down the road I open it to realize that I got a hamburger plain! I'm sorry but if I wanted a hamburger I would've ordered one and I dang sure wouldn't have spent $10 for it. Not to mention that the girl running drive thru is just rude. Usually when people come to a window they would like to hear "thank you", "have a good night", something! Nope! She handed me the food and shut the window. No words spoken. I'm just really upset that I just paid $10 for a lousy hamburger. If I had time to turn around I would've. Sad part is they got my bag right. They just couldn't read the ticket I guess. Burger King yall gotta do better!"

"Typical Burger King resturant. Nice clean facility, friendly staff, working hard while busy. Used the BK app and got a free large fries with the double Whoppers and cheese. They offered a "2 for $6" also on many of their sandwiches including their large fillet of fish. Always a good value. Of course drive-up window available. There are also the newer self ordering kiosks."
