"Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They lose prescriptions after telling you they are ready. Even if a prescription is Stat, you might get it the next day. There is no management to make complaints to. Worst customer service EVER and lazy staff. Don't make the mistake of using this pharmacy. You could be on your death bed and they could care less about getting your meds filled."

"Every SINGLE time we come here, it is a disaster!! The inside is utterly disgusting, like they never clean. The floors have trash all over them. As far as prescriptions... My husband had his seizure meds called in, by his doctor, Tuesday. I waited for 20 mins inside for them to tell me they have no meds for him. Yet....his app tells him BOTH seizure meds are ready for pick-up. He had 3 prescriptions in total. Only 1 is ready. Neither are the seizures meds he NEEDS! The pharmacy tech tells me 1 of the medications is on the pallet in the back since Tuesday. Umm, do what?? So they HAVE my husband's meds in the back, but can't fill his very needed prescription? Then tells me they don't even have his other one in their system, but it's ready on his app. This CVS is HORRIBLE!!"

"Possibly the worst cvs and customer service in the CSRA. You get a prescription here and by means if they are out of stock they wont call or notify you. Try to contact them? Nope! You’ll be on the phone waiting for 1 hour or more. When they do answer after 30 minutes - 1 hour, they just hang up the phone without any words. If they actually have your prescription in stock, expect 2 1/2 hours to a 1 day wait to actually pick up the prescription. The lines are also terribly long inside the pharmacy and when going into the drive-thru but thats the smallest problem with this pharmacy."

"Normally I have no problems. I can deal with the waiting and long lines. Today I stopped by at 11:50 am and I was the ONLY person in line for the. Pharmacy. Not even a car in line at the time either which is rare, I thought I would be out fast. I grab a pack of toilet paper and set it on the counter. Tahin Davis was texting and then put his phone down ask for a name and birthday and before I can give it to him he was back on the phone texting. OK I’ll give it to him and then I gave both name and birthdate and he was back on my phone texting. He went to grab the meds and he was back on the phone texting. Set the meds down so he can get back on the phone to text. Ring me up but not my toilet paper because he was back on the phone texting. Had to ring me up separately for toilet paper. Ask about a prescription I was supposed to have already filled before he can make it so look he was back on the phone texting. The doctor sent it in on Tuesday but he said it wasn’t there. Said that he didn’t see it on the list. And I said well are you gonna do me like you did last time and tell me it wasn’t there than an hour later I’m gonna get a text saying your prescription is ready. He said I can print it out for you and I said no that’s gonna be fine I’ll contact my doctor and see if he’ll send it again. He was Back on the phone texting. It was 12:03 pm when I got done . I was still the only Customer at the pharmacy."

"Service for Pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! It has been HORRIBLE for awhile. My insurance will only allow me to use CVS and they never have prescriptions ready on time it's averaging 3-6 hours after they tell me it will be ready in 1 hour. Why is the Pharmacy so bad. They have several people filling prescriptions. If it is going to take longer than 1 hour don't tell people 1 hour and we go get prescriptions 3-6 hours later and then tell us it will be another hour...."
