"I don't know why everyone is putting bad comments, from security to the receiving office was a pleasant experience. I actually arrived 6 hours early for my appointment and they put me on the dock immediately. I was fully unloaded with signed bills in hand an hour later and leaving. Thanks CVS team, great experience"
"Avoid this place by all means. I checked in at 08:42 for a 09:00 appointment, I was sent straight to a dock and now my clock reads 13:34 and they’re still not finished. Sorry as can be. Total disrespect of others time. Won’t be back."
"Today I have a delivery time @12:00 noon I got there @11:50 am and checked in with the guard then sent me to the check in window and then they got me a delivery door #6 unloaded and got empty in 40 minutes anyway total in and out time one hour and 20 minutes i love it i wish all drivers this kind of quick service good luck"

"I have a14:30 appointment I first try to checked in at 9:30 am but was turned away until 1 hour before my time. I came back at 13:45 and was given a door. Unloading was done at 15:00. I went inside to get the paperwork waited for 45 minutes then was informed that there is a lumper fee of $274. I got the check and it's been more than a hour now that i am waiting to give it to the guy. There is a driver cage so he has to come to me. I can see him inside the warehouse unloaded trucks I've sent people to let him know that I have the check but he hasn't come yet. CAPATONE LOGISTICS need some improvements. This is a P&G load out Vandalia oh it usually be unloaded within 2 hours and it is Prepaid most of the time."
