"I’m not sure what the purpose of ordering ahead is if they are not gong to make your sandwich till you get there. Now I have to wait when I got here exactly when it said my order would be ready. They need to put something online that says we aren’t going to make your order till you arrive instead of a time when it will be ready."

"I visited today wanted to get the family a meal using the attraction book coupon. The girl in the counter whose name is Gracy, refused to use it saying that they don't accept any 3rd party coupons. I patiently explained to her this is a popular tradition here. The discount book is sold by elementary school students every year. But all she did was to respond in a very contemptuous tone that it is not valid. When I ask is this store specific because I use it in our stores every year. She then responded even more disdainfully that no one in the store has ever seen this kind of coupon it's not valid. When I asked if there is any store manager she can ask help with. She very rudely said that she is the manager and there is no one to complain to. OK，I am not quite in an arguing mood so I paid and left the store. But I will never going back again. Such a terrible experience!"

"I came in around 2pm on Saturday 9/10 and waited for about 10minutes and never saw an employee. Me and another customer were in line waiting, he was on the phone talking loudly and I called out hello a few times to acknowledge we were there and no one ever came out.. I briefly considered making my own sub as no one would have noticed. I left and found a better place to eat that actually appreciated my business, needless to say I won’t be back."

"The location is in a strip mall with friendly staff and clean environment. The subs are tasty and have your regular side items, chops, drinks and cookies. I was surprised that there was no changing table in the restroom and that the wave of your hand at the paper towel dispenser only dispenses 2 to 3 inches of paper towel, much less than normal, especially in our germ-concious world."
