Sonic Drive-In

"I deliver for Uber Eats and Door Dash. The management held my delivery for 30 minutes last night while I watched the employees and management horse play and throw food at each other inside the store. This was from 11pm-11:30pm Saturday night, 10 Feb, 2024. They had only 2 other customers to serve. One manager's name was Jesse. Earlier, a customer told me Sonic messed up his order the first time and I was the second deliverer for his one order. I will not eat at Sonic in Greer SC."

"Stop by today to get breakfast with my dad and we ordered a 16 and 18 combo. It was the most disgusting food I’ve ever probably had. Both of our sandwiches were burnt! I’m so irritated I didn’t get to take a picture & we both ordered coffee I got an iced coffee and my dad ordered a hot one. Both were basically water!! I threw everything away before I even thought to take a picture. Will never be back. The only good side was the person who brought out our food, he was super nice."

"Everything was cold. We went through the drive thru, we got our food and drove away. I put my hand in the bag hoping to grab a nice hot French fry on a Cold night. Fries were cold , hamburger was cold, hot dog was cold. You could have at least faked it and put it in your microwave before you gave it to us. Will never be coming back to your franchise."

"I stopped in for a quick order and the restaurant was fairly empty. There wasn't a car in the drive-thru so I ordered there. I just ordered a hot dog and tots. I Waited for more than 10 minutes and figured "at least I'll get hot food since I'm having to wait". WRONG! The food was cold. Sonic has great tots when they're hot but there's no such thing as a good cold tot. I'm not going back there again..."

"This is the last time I will give you a chance. I ordered a double cheese burger combo with lg tot and route 44 diet cherry limeade and a sonic cheese burger. We pulled into the stall and got our order and we left I checked the bag as we were leaving and it was wrong. So we went back. We went thru the drive thru and said we received the wrong order. They gave us the old food. I said there are no tots and hamburgers had been unwrapped and touched not by employees. I asked them to remake it and they gave severe attitude and said they would remake it and to wait. So we did. However they did not remake it as the burgers I received were the same burger from the touched bag just re wrapped. The status of the burger is horrid not what I expected. There are burnt charred pieces on the bun top and bottom. Its so soggy that it disintegrates in your hands and falls apart. I am so disappointed and disguisted. I will not be back and will discourage anyone from ordering from you. Not to mention this is the third time in a row this has happened to us."
