"If i can give 0 star, i will. This is so bad experience for me. Is this how they serve us, until 45 min we waited for our food and we got a bad food? Or do you guys trying to make us sick with burn buns and cold patties?"

"Ok let me start off by saying yes it was lunch right after churches let out butttttt... 3 different couples waited 15 min for ppl to clear the 4 boothes that had been open the entire time... None of the food was done bc they were in such a hurry to get em done. The waitress dropped the grits bowl and it went everywhere all over me my bf the surrounding walls, tables from 10ft away.... the only thing she wiped up was the floor in the food making area. I asked for ketchup and never got it, the water glass was dirty, i could go on... They had at last least 9 ppl working and couldnt take care of anything properly. Idk if it was a time mngmnt thing or what but lawd...."

"This is one of my family favorite breakfast spots been going there for about 10+ years. But these past 6 months we have been going it’s been kinda disappointing. Just got done eating there today for dinner and bacon was way under cooked. Sausage was under cooked. Chicken tenders were really over cooked. And there is a sign on the window saying kids eat for free Monday and Tuesdays but yet they charged for my two kids meals today. Hopefully y’all can turn things around soon if not Waffle House it is……."
