"Tarus, our server was amazing!! He did an outstanding job. They were very busy when we went & he still made sure to tend to us & everyone around. I will be requesting him every time!"
"I'm not usually one to try to give a bad review. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. But unfortunately today is one of those days I'm disappointed. Got sat down straight away. Got our drinks in a decent amount of time. A table that ordered after us received their food way before us, and they had the same quantity of people ordering, they prioritize to-go orders over people in the place that have already ordered. The waitress literally told us "Our food will be out here shortly, we had a few big orders to-go come in." My eggs and hash browns weren't even warm. They were cold. Pancakes were almost cold and they were burnt. My stepsons eggs weren't made the right way and basically our stuff sat in the window too long. The only thing that was warm on the whole table was my daughters pancakes that were the freshest thing made. It wasn't even slightly busy. There were maybe 5 other tables that were sat down and most were already eating or getting their food. The waitress was nice and was patient as the kids ordered and that was probably the only good thing about the whole experience."
"First came in and was not initially greeted. Server was very nice and took care of us, did not introduce himself. Food was good quality and very tasty. My girlfriend was given eggs that she did not order due to being lactose intolerant, server informed us that we would not be charged for them due to it being a build your slam meal. Convenient mobile checkout process using QR code, Apple Pay function did not work, but was able to use credit card manual entry."
"Haven't been out to eat in a very long time and with the service of this young man (Joseph) our experience was extraordinarily wonderful... He was pleasant and helpful beyond compare. We will definitely be returning. Had to add to this review because I couldn't write another one but it's to share the truth about Joseph. He was our waiter again last night. He's gotta be the best server this restaurant has ever had working for them. Keep up the good work young man. Food was excellent as always"
"My fiance and I USED to enjoy going to Denny's to get breakfast for dinner because of the menu selection but this location seems to be getting worse with each visit. Our first time at this Denny's we were told we couldn't order certain items after certain times when we tried ordering the Eggs Benedict. Our second visit we sat for an hour before getting our drinks and our food came out cold and it wasn't even right. After giving the visits a rest for a bit we tried a third time and this is where things start getting really bad.... My omelette came out with the wrong meat in it and instead of remaking it, the cook just removed some of the meat that was not supposed to be in there and added what was supposed to be in there so everything else in the omelette was cold except the newly added meat. The server brought out completely different pancakes than what we ordered and then had attitude because we asked them to fix it. We could even hear the cook getting mad about fixing the omelette and all the servers walk around like they hate everything about their job. Fast forward to this last visit. Same cook, same problem with the omelette I just want chorizo sausage NOT regular sausage and the cook asked what the difference was? My fiance had to play "find the cheese" with his omelette but the server was new and more bubbly however they either are not training these new servers or there is something seriously wrong. We never got asked if we wanted more coffee, she never brought us our orange juice, we saw her maybe twice after we ordered our food. So when she brought the check we asked about the juice and more coffee. She brought us what she called orange juice and walked away. Now out of good spirit I thought she made an honest mistake and brought us lemonade or maybe the juice settled to the bottom and it needed to be stirred but to add to the disappointment it was water. Orange colored water. When we got her attention and told her it was water she asked if it was both glasses and my fiance told her that orange juice is supposed to be orange she almost looked lost. We have decided enough is enough and we're not risking another visit!"
