"I did a on-line order and it sent a paid confirmation to my email I went to the location and they said they were not showing a ticket for it and could not give me the order. I showed them the confirmation in my email on my phone and the manager still refused to make me a order as a manager she should of seen there was a problem even after I showed her proof. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a manager and if someone shows valid proof of the order I would of gave them the food anyway. This was poor management."

"1/17/24 3:21pm only person in drive through. Ordered a sausage biscuit coming home from dialysis. Well got home and the biscuit was like a rock. Took the whole bottom off and gave to the dog. 2.69 I could have got double cheeseburger for less. It was just last min thought before turning off Wade Hampton. I didn’t call and complain I’m not getting back out and fighting traffic over this but do better. You know if it is old. Don’t serve it. Bo’s #0594 check 50226. Losing business over a biscuit is crazy."

"Staff was super friendly, but supply was low on several things. They were out of the only special that you had, no cheese, out of three fountain drinks. Also the spicy chicken sandwich that I had the chicken was very thin and dry."

"Went to the drive thru ordered 2 large Cajun fillet meals, left 1 large Bo round out, informed drive thru attendant, she rolled her eyes and came back with the photo attached of a small order. Then went inside to talk to someone and still had a attitude when asking for correct order and she still gave me medium order. Terrible customer service. They never apologized for the mistake they made."

"7/8/23 3:30pm - Dining area and what i could see of the kitchen were disgusting. There was trash everywhere, all tables were dirty with old food, they didnt have a clean tray for my food so they got one off the trash can and sprayed it off leaving it wet which got my food wet, they left my plate out for 10min before giving it to me so my food was cold, i threw most of it away as it was wet/cold and just unfit to eat. The fries were way over cooked and the biscuit was still raw dough in the middle. I tried to get sweet tea but it was empty and poured out tea grounds in my cup, which i had to clean out before trying another drink. I spoke to the assistant manager about it and he did not seem to care and the kids they have as employees that were watching laughed at me when i complained about all the issues. That was not worth the $16 i paid. I hope the manager & owner of this store sees this. I took pictures but they don’t do it justice."
