"I NEVER DO REVIEWS BUT THIS CERTAIN Bojangles is PATHETIC!! Their atmosphere and their service don't deserve any stars whatsoever. Today was the 4th time in the last 2 weeks that they can't get a simple order right(I'm the only customer there). I ordered Cajun sandwich combo meal. Dude even repeated the order back to me. I get my food and before i leave i check it and wrong again. Tried to give me the biscuit combo. So i tell em the mistake and he tells me to pull up and they'll bring it out. Got home 5 mins later and reach for my sandwich and what do ya know...THE SANDWICH IS COMPLETELY COLD. t's not a guess or an opinion, it's a fact..the workers there are str8 up LAZY. They have no sense of work ethic or customer service. I've worked in fast food for over 15 years easiest job there is. But these "workers" are not workers at all. I advise everyone to not go to this bojangles."

"Customer service is horrible at this location!! I waited in the drive thru and no one answered.. So I decided to go in and standing there is a young lady with a headset on in her phone.. She didn’t even greet me..Another thing I noticed there wasn’t any food up so I didn’t know where the food was being stored..The only thing the crew was worrying about was cleaning up and this was at 7:20pm.. It’s truly a shame what customer service is now!"

"Places my order and asked for mayo, hotsauce, and honey mustard. Get to the window and have to politely ask again. All I got was mayonnaise and was told I needed to pull up if I was going to check my order because they were on a time schedule. It's like this every single time I visit. You cannot get the condiments you are willing to pay for and some of the staff are incredibly rude to you. Needless to say I did not pull up and I didn't move until they gave me what I paid for! Will not be back."

"I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was a horrible experience. Fries tasted like they’ve been sitting out all day, none of the food was fresh, no soft drinks, tea wasn’t sweet & tasted old, biscuits were hard as a rock & not even edible. The only good thing we had were the chicken supremes. Biggest waste of $30 we’ve ever spent. Not only that, they were blasting explicit music the entire time & said they couldn’t heat up 4 biscuits, only 2. So they gave us extra stale fries instead."

"Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 combos. We asked for extra seasoning on the fries. The seasoning that is usually coated on the fries is what makes them. When we got our order, the fries were as white as can be. Little to no seasoning and most definitely was not extra. We asked for a side of seasoning and was told, "we can't do dat". So then we asked if they could just shake some on the fries instead, which they did and then rolled their eyes. Like how can you be ugly with an ugly attitude?! Pick a struggle. But what more can I expect from a white horse road location. This location is pure ghetto, just keep driving. Never again."
