"Zero stars. Don't ever go to this McDonald's. Terrible service. Long waits. Like 40 minites for fast food?! Missing half our order. I'm usually patient and understanding for mistakes. "I haven't been to McDonald's in years but my daughter surprisingly asked to go today. I pull up in the second line. I was told to hold on. Meanwhile, a car pulls up in the 1st line, orders, then drives off. I let that go and sat there patiently waiting. After a few minutes of sitting there I said hello....I was told to hold on. By this time I'm confused. Another car pulls up in the 1st line, orders, then drives off. By this time I'm furious. I pull up to the window and ask why I'm being skipped and ignored. The man at the window said I'm the only one taking orders . I told him I understand they maybe short but that gives him no right to keep skipping over me. He told me if I wanted to place an order I need to go back through the line. By this time I ask for the manager. Unfortunately he claimed to be the manager which made the situation look a lot worse. He was black, bald, with glasses. Very nonchalant. By this time a white lady asks what was going on. I explained what happened. At this time the manager walks off. She apologized, tool my order at the window, and gave me my food within 5 minutes. SHE NEEDS TO BE THE MANAGER. This man at this location isn't capable of taking orders let alone being a manager!"
