"This is my happy place! I love to get out and enjoy nature in such a beautiful place. Something needs to be done about kids going there to graffiti the rocks, bridges, and benches. Having grown up in and lived in Roebuck for 43 years, it's sad to see the graffiti and trash laying around. I wish trash bins and recycling bins were available."
"Nice scenic area for a short walk. There are some steep inclines to get down to the water and then back up to the parking lot. No handrails. You can enter the water at your own risk. Fishing is allowed. Dog-friendly too. The path along the water deadends at private property There are signs posted."
"If you want a peaceful place to take a walk, sit down and enjoy some lunch. Take your dog for a walk or walk in some water on a hot day. You will enjoy this nature park, it's a low-key place to enjoy nature with all the sights and sounds. I took a stroll along the Tyger River and really enjoyed it. You have plenty of shade from the trees for most of the park. You just have to make sure to use the bathroom before going since there are no restrooms around."
"Nice quiet place, free admission, open dawn to dusk, has parking space for about 20 cars, but no restrooms. Beautiful trail goes along the river both ways from the parking area, shaded by tall trees. The path down the river is mostly on the flat terrain with soil, sand or forest floor surface and ends after about half a mile. Walking up the river is a bit more challenging, with some change in elevation and occasional climbing over the boulders, but this path is not long, only about a quarter of a mile. Then, at the border of a private property, the path climbs up the steep river bank and goes on top of the hill back to the parking area. There are many benches along both ways to relax and enjoy spectacular views of the Tyger River. Some plants have interpretive signage next to them."
