"5:30 on a Friday. They were setting up for a birthday party. Wasn't sure if it was 18 or 81. One guy at the bar and I. No bartender. 5 minutes later she appeared. Made my drink. Then, I saw EVERY EMPLOYEE getting a drink. They were all carrying a styrofoam cup. Then Miss Bartender excused herself for a smoke. I asked the one other patron if he went there often. He said it gets busy around 8. Mostly a younger crowd. I asked if the staff always drank on the job. "Yeah, from what I've seen." Nice venue. Staff needs to be on point. Bar Rescue time."
