"Every time we go there especially thru drive thru .. we always get pulled out of line cause they never have any food ready ... I mean it's Everytime we go there an we go couple times a week ... We done goin there"

"I ordered an egg McMuffin from the drive through at this McDonalds this morning, and something told me to inspect my food immediately. I get to my job and pull it out of the bag and took a bite, and was immediately thrown off by the burnt taste and hard crunch. I look at the bottom, and half the bottom was completely black and rock hard. They really felt content in bagging this up and giving it to someone. I'm not a picky person by all means and even hate to send things back, but this is overkill. Had I not gotten to work I definitely would've went straight back and got my money back."

"Food is good but the customer service could be better. Did curbside pickup and a nice guy brought it out. They forgot the apple slices in the happy meal so I went back in to get it. I waited up there for a few minutes and when they finally acknowledged me I had my receipt ready and explained to them why I came in. The same guy who brought out the food said oh okay and seemed to understand but the pregnant chick sounded like she said "probably did." I don't know if she meant they probably did forget to put it in or we probably did get it but for you to have a certain facial expressions and say something under your breathe of course the other person might think you said something off."
