"This was our first time here. The coffee is self-serve, and they only offer iced coffee in the summer months. The food was good. I just ordered a basic egg bagel sandwich. The atmosphere was my favorite thing about this place! I've been wanting to try it since I moved to Easley but they close at 2:00 pm every day. You can enter and exit through the front or back side of the restaurant. I also enjoyed that they had a rewards card for free food after so many purchases. We will be back! Friendly staff!"

"We are visiting from out of town and were so excited to find a bagel place. There was no line to order when we showed up, but I did notice several people dining in waiting to receive their food. We ordered and seated ourselves at 12:45. When 1:25 rolled around and we hadn’t received our bagel egg sandwiches, we inquired about the status of our sandwiches. We were told by the cashier “Do you see how many tickets we have? How busy we are? All of the to go orders we have to fill?” We asked about potentially getting a refund as we didn’t have much time to spare. The manager came over and said our food was next in line and walked away, no apology or anything. So we continued to wait 40+ minutes total for bagel sandwiches (the sandwiches were actually good but the service ruined it). I worked in food service for five years and am the first to give grace in 99% of situations. But to not apologize at all for the wait is unacceptable. And on top of that, the manager stood at the window waiting for orders to come up while her two kitchen staff were drowning in orders. A successful manager would’ve gotten back in the kitchen to speed things along. Overall, an incredibly sub-par experience. We won’t be back."

"I love iron horse steamers. Everything is delicious here - bagels, sandwiches, desserts, and coffee. My favorite sandwich is the golden gate. I also love that they have Gluten Free bagels! the environment is also really chill and casual which I enjoy. highly recommend."
