"When is happening to me at every bank in Columbia SC is it because me and several other people have the same first and last name but spell different Sumpter and Sumter. Or is that people just scamming others for what ever they can get. I have tried my best to pay my bills and get a good credit score so I can try to make things better for myself and others but all I get in return is used,So anyway I went to bank to build credit score so instead been getting rip off with a SECURE CARD.if you don't know this you start out with 200 dollars of your own money but you pay a monthly payment of 25.00 a month but the way palmetto citizens have it set up it just drag your credit score in the gutter. It a mechanism in card that if you have a balance it stealing money from your pocket. My credit score was 580 then 551 now536.plus I am more broke than before. So if you don't understand this card don't get one. Plus I got approved for one at bank of America and my social security disability settlement half left bank on card.I didn't steal someone else took money from account. I can't understand what when where and why people come up with crackest ideas to scam others it's like if I pay 25.00 and owe 175.00 then that's what missing from my monthly disability.. I can't tell because person blocked from Gmail because it's attached to bank account so I get no alerts."

"Good credit union. Needs to update ATM. Also needs to consider helping customers more in regards to overdraft. They should allow customers savings to roll over instead of hitting them with $25."
