"Service was ok but cashier was taking our order in a stupid voice while everybody else working there stood and watched like it was an inside joke at our expense. Very unprofessional. Food was not good either. Usually this Arbys location is pretty good but not today. Will not be going back."

"Stopped by here tonight and the service from the drive thru cashier was horrible. She had an attitude when we told her our order was wrong. We told them the curly fries were cold and we had ordered a large and they barely filled the container. So what did they do just add more style fries to the top of the container and slapped together the sandwich they forgot to make. The one girl handing us the food was nice and apologized but the attitude of the one at the window was uncalled for. And now this morning my son has food poisoning and his sandwich was the one they forgot to make coincidence??"

"Never again. I ordered from the drive thru and waited 20 min to get my food. I had to go in the building to get it. I got in my car and realized they did not provide the receipt. I went back in the building and it took another 12 min to get it. By the time I got to my hotel, my fries were cold. Majority of the staff could not have cared less to help me. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a fast food restaurant."

"Very friendly staff, and clean and tidy dining room. Everything was exceptional, food was hot, and freshly prepared, and my sandwich looks like some thing you would see in a magazine. Really a surprise in the fast food jungle. I also enjoyed using the coupon in the app, saved several dollars off my ticket."
