"We enjoy strolling along the boardwalk in the evening, around sunset. There are often beautiful sunsets over the water. Very relaxing and peaceful."
"If you're wanting to just break away from the hustle and bustle of Clemson this park is right off of Tiger Blvd. I usually park in the Wendy's parking lot and there are steps leading down to the path. You can chill on one of the swinging benches, or take a walk (which would actually lead you All the way to downtown Clemson pretty much). There is a lot of pretty scenery because it's right on the lake. Nice little escape."
"If there was only more places to fish besides that one little pier they give to fish on where the water is so low and there is nothing but turtles there and trash and limbs and etc. Give us a break !!!!! It would really help and be a good thing if there was a drink machine there. I come down there so much, you could make a lot of money for the colloge....."
"This was a nice place to go after a long day at work. It was peaceful, despite there being people in multiple places on the boardwalk. It has places to both sit and eat or just view the lake on a swing by yourself if you want. I would say the whole boardwalk is about a 10-20 minute walk from beginning to end. So, nice if you're tired after work and just looking to get out and relax."
"I love this park! Even now with Corona virus keeping everyone apart it's a place to go walking and see wildlife. There are places to sit and picnic, view the beautiful lake and relax. You can also walk up to a few different businesses and get food. You can also canoe/kayak from one spot."
