"The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and my pregnant wife. We booked a reservation for 2 nights. we got to the hotel, and she told us we couldn't check in. We finally got her to call her manager to get it situated. Then I see a bunch of roaches start crawling around, so I step outside to call another hotel to make a reservation. Before I get back in to tell her to cancel, she charges my card, and on top of that, she over charges us!! I explained to her that she couldn't just charge someone's card without consent and confirm the amount beforehand. She then begins to yell at us saying you can cancel, but you won't get your money back! Now my wife and I are forced to stay at a hotel we don't wanna be at. On top of that, she refused to let us speak to the manager. My wife and I have been traveling all night because I'm military on orders, we just wanted to find a nice hotel to stay at, and this is how we are treated. Poor customer service and roach infested!"

"Nice little spot. Clean and convenient. My son loved the breakfast, that's important for him. It's close to alot of different places for shopping or eating and right off the main road. Lots of cooking supplies. We were tired from driving and the check in was flawless. They were very nice and accommodating. The bed was comfy. Pool looked nice in the courtyard but it was too cold for us especially since we checked in so late. Plenty of parking. Thank you for the pleasant stay."

"This was our first time at this property, and it will not be our last! Jake, the front desk supervisor, greeted us and got us set up in a wonderful room. We needed a tub to wash our baby and he quickly accommodated us. From there, each interaction with him and the other staff members was wonderful. The breakfast was good and the attendants were so friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking and entrances so it was very convenient to get to our room. The location is also superb. Staying on the IOP Connection Hwy was perfect for us. Also, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping available within a few minutes. Highly recommend booking this hotel for the staff, cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality!"

"This is a very clean family oriented place to stay. The staff during the day goes over and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The front desk has always accommodated every need even last minute. However, the OUTSTANDING kitchen staff especially Isablla one of the most precious people! If ever in the area you should definitely try this cozy home away from home!!! Definitely gets 5 stars from me!"

"This hotel was perfect for our post cruise stay. Our front desk associate was absolutely perfect and helped us a great deal! We visited 11/116/2023 and she deserves a raise! The room was super clean it had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The morning breakfast had great options and was well stocked. Right across the parking lot is The Charleston Sports Pub with a great back patio including a giant TV to watch your favorite sports. Tons of great restaurants nearby too! Especially Malika!"
