"Clean room and beds. The staff is friendly. The Quality Inn in Mt. Pleasant is conveniently located to many wonderful eating places and the Ravanell Bridge. My stay for 3 days 2 nights price, is right. There are amenities in the room, i.e., a coffeemaker with tea and coffee packets, TV, microwave, fridge, iron and board, hangers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, extra towels, outlets for cell phone chargers, and breakfast! It is such a big deal these days especially when value outweighs the cost! I will stay here again."
"Conveniently located near great restaurants and Hwy 17, a main artery of Charleston. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and neat. The price is right too! And they serve a complimentary breakfast!"
"Hotel staff was nice, however the hotel itself has some issues. Drug residue on furniture, dated appliances, TV's have restrictions not allowing hdmi inputs, A/C heater unit in room has musty moisture smell when running. Lots of people outside talking and walking late at night. Thin walls. It is surrounded by much better hotel options."
"Do not recommend staying here! I stayed one night, did not try to take a shower in the evening but planned to take one early morning before work. When I turned the shower on in the morning it was making a horrible loud sound coming from the pipes, I couldn't take a shower with that noice but didn't have time to change rooms or do a formal complaint. Early morning the hotel employees decided to talk right in front of my door, they woke me up, very annoying. I gave it one star due to decent location, otherwise don't waste your money like I did."
"For a quality inn, it’s on the good side. Room was “ok” clean, bed is fine. Oh surprise, there’s a nice pool area. Main complaint, walls are thin, especially around the doors between rooms. We can hear everything. Location is good. Price was high everywhere for whatever reason that day, so I did find that night not worth it for the price I paid. Staff is nice"
