Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport - Conv Ctr, an IHG Hotel

"Just an overnight stay before flying home. Totally recommend this hotel as a person who has 20+years of business travel and experienced the highs and lows of hotel stays. It looked new, had a fabulous staff, and my room (#501) was great. It has a restaurant and bar and is surrounded by other dining options within walking distance."

"I love this hotel. I stay here every time I come because of the greatest location to the airport, outlets and downtown. Rooms, more do bed frames need updating, but rooms overall are nice and clean. Good bar and restaurant. Only thing I hate is I always get put on the side with the window with no view and I am a regular rewards member."

"I am an IHG Platinum Elite member. This location is wonderful. It’s very close to the Charleston Airport and a Tanger Outlet Shopping Center. The staff here is amazing. My room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. They have really nice Samsung televisions in the room which are top-notch. You can pull them out from the wall and turn them for whatever direction you need - nice touch!"

"Aesthetically pleasing. I hated the bathroom. I prefer a regular bathroom with a door that locks and a shower head I can reach! Forget reaching the shower head to adjust the water pressure if you're short! Water does not stay all inside the shower either! When we arrived we only had one set of towels and half a roll of toilet paper! I will never understand why hotels have to make a fancy design with the end of a roll of toilet paper! Just leave me a roll of unopened toilet paper! So gross that other hands touched it! The kuerig was a nightmare to use. All we had were decaf pods and tea pods . The wifi didn't work. Couldn't get the heat to shut off. Very noisy! All we could hear were toilets flushing and those heavy sliding bathroom doors above us! I wanted to mention this when we left and dropped our keys off but no one was at front desk."

"Decent hotel in a great location. You can get to most places with little difficulty in about 15 minutes or so. The room was pretty average and the fitness center is very very basic. We really enjoyed the breakfast..... definitely two thumbs up. Also, the Old Fashioned at the bar was memorable. No issues parking and we felt safe."
