"SRP fcu has gone down hill. Absolute trash of a credit union."

"I deposited a check through the ATM on a weekend. I was told it would be available in 2 business days but then I called again when the funds were not released and they told that I had to wait 5 more days. The ladies at the bank were nice when I inquired about but ultimately they could not release my deposit and it was not a huge amount of money. The check was a legitimate check from a well-known company. My point is that they shouldn’t be able to hold on to your funds after they tell you that they would have it in 2 days."

"Trying to log into the mobile app, I got a message about my temporary password being expired. I haven't had a temporary password in six months. I am directed to contact support. I have called three times today and I have still not been able to reach a person. SRP is not a business that knows what customer service is. Each time I go into a branch, I am met with cavalier attitudes and often never get my concern addressed."

"While depositing a check for my father who has dementia, the bank manager contacted the manager of deposits for advice. While speaking with the deposit manager on speaker phone she had a nasty attitude and basically accused my sister and I of bank fraud. Even though we have POA. Still can't believe how rude and argumentative she was."

"Made an appointment at this branch to refinance my auto loan at 5pm. Figured I should have enough time to do what I needed to do before they close at 6. It was close to 5:45 before anyone was able to assist me. Which may not have been a problem if they were slammed but they weren’t. I had been the only customer there waiting for loan services when I arrived within that hour. There were only 2 loan officers - 1 was already assisting a customer in her office and the other was sitting in her office gossiping with a friend. In fact- once her employee let her know what I was there for she said okay I’ll be right with her before proceeding to close the door and continue gossiping with her friend. And apparently she was the manager"
