"This is the worst bank ever. Horrendous customer service. Tellers and managers are extremely rude. If you can ever get someone to answer the phone they just say "hello". Highly DO NOT recommend. If I could give negative stars, I would."

"I gave them a two because they were cordial but the location is not attentive to personal needs like a basic public restroom. My wife had an appointment which took over 30 minutes to complete. While waiting I needed to visit the facility but was politely informed that they didn't have a public restroom. I bank with three other agencies and everyone of them have a public restroom. It's just basic customer service"

"The branch manager there is a JOKE! She doesn’t know what she is doing and her customer service is THE WORST I have experienced anywhere. I closed two accounts because she was so non responsive to simple requests."

"Been with this bank for almost 20 years. Had fraud on one of my accounts and had to order a new card. It's been 31 days and still no card. They are now telling me the manufacturer is on back order and might be another 30 days. but I can pay $35 it will be here within 5 days. So disappointed, Now I have to find a new bank."

"I have been going to this bank for over two years to get change for myself as I work at the local barbershop, located directly across the railroad track. Times past, I have received exceptional customer service until today, a cashier told me I couldn't receive change because I don't have an account there. I wasn't trying to cash a check or anything of the sort. Rather, I was merely trying to get change and nothing large at that. I asked a familiar employee who works on the far left and she explained that she give change to me all the time. I'm not sure if this is a rule (made up on the spot) or if its racially driven but I will never go back to this bank again and ask for anything, even if my life depended on it. I'm so disgusted by the experience today that I hope upper management reviews this and finds it sensible to post something visible for patrons to see that they are unwilling to provide change for those who don't bank with them. If I was looking for a new bank, it surely wouldn't be this bank due to the inconsistent, lack of confidence and pure inconsideration for such a simple gesture of needing change. Worst experience ever! My skin color must not be light enough to be handled and treated humanely. This is one location I'll advise my children of ever getting connected with."
