"If I could give it a zero no stars, I would. Bank here with my business couple of years. Brought a lot of money through the doors of this bank. Had came in to take a business loan to expand. I has taking 2 and half months to even see the man for the loan. We waited patiencely for the months. It was always and excuses why he not in to work. Or get to the office which is a 20 minute drive to get too and he was gone waited for hours or 2 he never came back. Called left messages no reply. Finally, get to see him he looks at our paperwork just flip not actually looking at nothing never gets on the computer 2 young black people it's just a no off the ripped off."

"Was attended by red haired white woman who took me to her office but the entire time she practically yelled out my business to everyone in the building in a very unprofessional manner. By the time I left everyone was looking at me because they heard everything. Her tone was rude, loud and was no help at all. Please treat people with more kindness and inside voices so they don’t have to go through the same embarrassment."

"This location was once helpful and one of the better banks in the area, sadly not anymore the current employee seem unmotivated and offer very little help with financial issues. I will be closing my account and suggest you find another bank or at least a different location."

"I came in Friday on 11/25 to make a withdrawal and I was telling the lady who was the ONLY teller at the time about issues with my bank card. She accused me of DEBIT CARD FRAUD as well as the manager as well. I closed the account the same day. I WAS NOT PLEASED."

"Not a customer but I came to handle estate matters for a family member. I was not greeted, I sat and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come and provide some type of service no one ever came out of the office. I would never deposit a penny in this bank."
