"Location is a bit sketchy - can tell by the locked doors and reception desk being behind glass. The rooms leave something to be desired - need updating. Parking was near impossible if you got there late due to the number of commercial/work trucks and trailers parked there."
"Worst Customer Service provided by General Manager, Michael. Needs Soft skills and customer service training.Other Staff was great other than house keeper who thinks it's appropriate to go in people's room with bookbag on her back. GM was very disrespectful not only to me and my spouse but witnessed it to other guests as well as his etiquette on the phone with myself and others."
"Staff is great especially housekeeping. General manager Montrell is very kind and great with guests. Staffs knowledgeable about the hotel and it's accomodations. They get a bit understaffed at times causing guests to wait a short while for the housekeepers to finish cleaning but they work hard and are very friendly and helpful."
"This hotel was very dirty and ran down. my whole floor (2nd floor) wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana and it seeped into our room. MANY people were also wandering the halls and stairways being loud past 10pm. Smell and noice was so bad that we had to leave this hotel and get a refund at 11:40pm after a 16 hour drive. The front desk person (Yolanda) was amazing and helped us out tremendously and was very apologetic for the situation."
"Wasn't really expecting much. Some reviews were good, but the majority were not. Thankfully we were very pleased with our suite. Room was very clean, although a little bit worn around the edges in a pleasant way. Air conditioner worked well. Fridge worked and was nice and clean. Didn't try the microwave or dishwasher. Kitchenette was well stocked, even down to the utensils. Downstairs in the gazebo area were 2 natural gas grills for guest usage, also very clean. Staff was VERY friendly and personable. Only thing we didn't like was being unable to get a second blanket. Due to the hotel being full, they didn't have any extras. All in all, we would definitely stay here again."
