"The construction was a small inconvenience, but it will be wonderful when it's all done. Great front desk staff, and the breakfast is one of the best. We'll be back in October. Blessings!"

"There is a ton of construction which would be fine, but the halls are freezing. There is no air conditioning or heating in the halls. The walls look disgusting. The outside looks terrible, and yet they have the gall to charge a resort fee. Our room was not clean. There were dirty towels on the door. Our toilet paper holder was broken. One of the lights were flickering. The lamp shade had a giant stain of who knows what on it. The front desk wasn’t even apart of the building. You had to go along another road to get to your rooms. Overall, place was gross and they think they can call themselves a resort."

"The location was so convenient! We walked to the beach everyday. And we LOVE dog friendly hotels. Our dogs are well behaved and we almost always take them with us. We had a great vacation and will be back."

"Hallways are open to the exterior. Rooms are clean but smell of mildew. Excessive moisture in the air is likely the cause. A simple dehumidifier (draining to the outside) in each room would vastly improve the quality of this hotel. Breakfast was quite nice. The people were very friendly. The layout of this hotel is atypical, especially if you check in at night. There is the first building, where you check in. Then you drive along a winding road through the woods to get to the actual hotel, which is like an odd apartment building except it’s a hotel. Breakfast is in the check in building, and there is a friendly golf cart driver who shuttles you for free back and forth between the hotel and the breakfast area. All in all, not a bad hotel but really needs dehumidification."

"Great location. Pet friendly as well (for a fee). Beach is a 10-15 minute walk. Fridge was a good size too. My only complaint- when I have the "do not disturb" on the door, I don't want room service- please do not try to come in/ knock early in the morning- also had the dog start barking. Bed was okay- not the worst but not the best. For the location and cost I would stay again."
