"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. Easily accessible off of I95 and close to gas stations/restaurants and a short drive to Downtown Savannah. We arrived fairly late our first night and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind. The room was great, and breakfast was plentiful."

"I highly recommend staying at this hotel. After a long-day of driving, I decided to make a rest stop in Savannah. Upon arriving, Joseph provided exceptional customer service with my last-minute reservation and very late check-in. The hotel has ample parking, hotel room was clean, and I was able to get a great night of rest (it was very quiet). The morning complimentary breakfast was good as well. Keep up the great work Joseph and Fairfield Inn staff!"

"We checked in on 12/23/24 and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Joseph, a gentleman who checked us in, was most helpful. We had difficulty with the refrigerator in our room. Joseph came to our room and fixed the problem. Immediately. He was warm and ready to assist as needed. Thank you Joseph!"

"I stayed at the hotel Thursday through Saturday. I like the fact that check out was at noon instead of 11. Upon entering the room, I smelled a urine scent and The tv has a black spot on the screen which distorts the view. Other than those negatives, the front desk staff was really friendly and breakfast was good although fresh fruit would have been nice."
