"Ordered from this location last night and the food was cold when it was delivered. The cheesy bread was overcooked, the pasta had no taste and the sauce was sweet. Overall terrible experience. And apparently door dash delivers from Pizza Hut now. My food was left on the ground."

"I called to place a pickup order, had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative who could not get my order correct. I had to repeat my order several times before she could get the order correct. I wanted a supreme pizza, pepperoni pizza, and Alfredo pizza, with a side of garlic parmesan wings. She informed that it would take 20 minutes before I could pick it up. I tried to pay over the phone however she stated there machine was moving slow & for me to pay inside. When I arrived no one could find my order in the system by my name or number. They informed that the order didn’t exist. All of that time wasted. I asked to speak with the manager hoping she would rectify the situation. She informed that there was nothing she could do because she couldn’t find the order. She stated she would give me a $5 credit & I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I informed that is unacceptable and would never do business with them again. Horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!"

"I ordered 1 large pan one side pep other side cheese upon my arrival I was giving two medium pizzas and told they were out of large pizzas I wasn’t notified or anything this wasn’t my order then I get it and this is what they gave me they wouldn’t eat this so why give it to ppl who have to pay for it it was several ppl in the kitchen including a manager I’ll never go to this Pizza Hut again. The crust is burnt like I’m very disappointed the lady manager she’s a short white lady she was in the kitchen but instead of making sure our orders was correct she was busy worried about a worker sitting out back w the door halfway open w AirPods in her ear she’s always rude big ups to the young lady up front ik she catches a lot of the backlash. 1.0/5"

"If I could rate this place with a negative star it still would not reflect my unpleasant experience at this place. I would highly suggest that you NEVER pay for your pizza upfront. I did, and then when my pizza came out looking like a 3rd grade project, I was told that not only will they not make it over, because they were getting ready to close, I was told that they don't do refunds and that they only provide a store credit. Lets be clear, if that's your policy, then it needs to be posted inside your establishment and maybe you shouldn't allow people to pay for their pizza until they look at it. Thoroughly disappointed and I have no plans of EVER going back. Oh and trying to reach a "manager" to discuss my displeasure, was harder than Dorothy trying to talk to the Wizard of Oz."

"Buyer beware! I ordered 3 items and every single one was messed up. The pizza was literally falling apart. The crust was not even attached on 90% of the pizza. The pasta had probably a third of the sauce necessary to keep the noodles from being dry, burnt, and crunchy to the point of being inedible. And the boneless wings had 3 dabs of sauce tossed in and that was it. This is the most ridiculous pizza hut experience I've ever had. I will not be getting anything else from this establishment."
