Dunkin'

"The store lobby was not open. The hours on the door stated that the lobby was opened, but the door was looked. When I knocked on the door, the employees inside ignored me. I was forced to use the drive-thru. When I ordered a chicken on a croissant, I was told that they do not put chicken on the croissant, although all other locations do. I was very disappointed."

"Dear Mgr or Dunkin Donuts. Bagels are not sandwiches, I know they are made of bread and you can use them ad such but, hear me out... when toasting 4 use with cream cheese... cut. Toast the sliced flatter side until brown, then ON EACH SIDE put a smear of cream cheese (be adventurous use 2 flavors one on each half) but for God's Sake... stop putting 1/2 the cream cheese and toasting the outside of the bagel."

"Went there on a Saturday morning. It was busy but I was served fairly quickly. I ordered at the counter and the staff took my money. Then they told me they didn’t have some of the donuts I ordered. So I had to pick whatever they did have. Problem was the display was half full so I didn’t end up with what I wanted. Even after picking the substitute donuts when they were eaten they tasted pretty bland and seemed old and stale."

"Everything was amazing from the time I went in till when I left!! It was fast service for only to people and a full line outside. Coffee and food was very fresh. Thank you kenyah and Eddie for the great service!!"
