"Went into the store earlier tonight and this was the drain under the soda fountain and the iced tea. I’m sorry but that’s absolutely disgusting. There’s no reason these should ever be this gross. That poses a serious health risk to both staff and customers."

"Pulled up at 7pm. A worker was sitting on the curb. I waited at the counter for several minutes. I tried to be seen by the young man in the back but I was ignored. The worker from the outside came in, Passed by me and he ignored me…..I don’t care how good your chicken may be….that’s just insanely poor customer service. Good thing Wild Wings is across the parking lot. Maybe you sold enough chicken today."

"Worst Bojangles I've been to. The credit card reader was down so instead of announcing it when there was a line of customers they waited until you got up to the register. Thankfully we had cash, but we should have just left. They didn't have enough change to give back proper change, the wait time was long even though many people left because of not be able to use a credit card. The fountain drinks didn't work in the front or the back and I was told that I was just out of luck by one of the staff after I had already paid for 2 fountain drinks. The food was somehow cold in the center, even though they just pulled it from the fryer. So dissapointed."

"Biscuits were burnt, cajun fillet was really dry. Lady that took the order was nice but they seemed very disorganized and took longer than expected. If the food would have been good, I wouldn't complain, but it wasn't..."
