However, they made zero attempts to contact me and at least let me know that I had to switch pharmacies and start the process from the beginning. If I hadn't called, I would have been blindly waiting for a medication that was never going to arrive. Thank God this is a dermatology medication, I cannot imagine what would have happened if this were a medication keeping me alive."
