"I'm really bummed to have to review Delta poorly because I've always had above average service there. However, I had an appointment on Friday for my Booster and went there early/on time. They informed me that the shipment hadn't arrived and obviously couldn't fulfil the service. I was okay with it, but wondered why I hadn't been contacted prior to driving over there.
