"Four times in a row our seizure medicine was supposed to come in, and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. No call to tell me it wasn't there, and they had no idea why it didn't come (though they did finally check on that after the 4th time). The first two times they said "next day" only to tell me the 3rd time that it was 2 weeks out. And then, no surprise, 2 and half weeks later, still not there. I've made 9 total trips to pick up the last 4 prescriptions, including driving to Goose Creek because this location couldn't fill it. It's seizure medication; it's not Tylenol. It's a necessity. And it's on auto fill so they know it's coming up. There's absolutely no excuse to have to go through this over and over and over again every 3 weeks while never hearing back from them that there's been a delay and that they won't be able to fill it. We're going back to CVS where we never had this issue."
