Dental Remedies

"Do not go here unless you want to be screwed over. I walk in for an appt. I tell the front desk I am only here for a cleaning. Once I am in the chair I am now told they cannot proceed without xrays. I am feeling like getting up and walking out but since I waited so long ok. They do the xrays then they come back with a treatment plan sign here they say before we can continue to the cleaning by now I am getting mad and seriously thinking about walking out. Month or so later I get the bill. What The Hell? I am back and for with my insurance company which I like very much and they take care of me. They tell me Never sign anything with an In Network provider they should not be making you do that! I find that the xray they choose was only to be use once every three years. Regardless They picked that one knowing that I might need to pay out of pocket. After the insurance co works on my behalf I also find that they had billed me for a teeth whitening which I did not ask for. Madeline while very sweet usually was quite nasty when it came to collecting. I had to have insurance call and explain things to her. I was going to take this a step fruther but guessing they realized what was up and decided to 0 balance everything after months of dealing with them. Do Not Go here and Never sign an in network treatment plan and always double check the billing codes before proceeding. Make sure to file a grievience with your insurance co if they treated you wrong. Enough will probably get them kicked out of the in network agreement!"
