"A good business practice would be call customers who have ordered pizza for delivery and let them know that deliveries are running 2 hrs behind, if you’re not able to hire someone to change the estimated delivery time on your website. Horrible business practice is to let your customer call you when their delivery is 20 min late, only to find out that it will likely be another hour before any food is delivered. Do better."

"Ordered 2 small philly steak pizza's to the tune of about $50. When they arrived they had ricotta cheese on them. I called and asked about this and was told that "this was their white sauce". Now, I am not sure about you but I know the difference between a "sauce" and ricotta cheese. And if this is sauce its curdled and gritty like ricotta (looks like a duck and quacks like a duck?) . I then asked for a refund since no where in the description of this over priced pizza does it mention ricotta cheese and was told that the manager called the owners and that is clearly says white sauce in the description and that no they will not refund me and was hung up on..... New Name, same location, still bad service, still bad food. I will go to Hollywood pizza from now on."

"Ordered 2 pizzas and 20 wings. Took 1 1/2 hours to receive order, even though we were told 45 minutes. The link to track our order was not correct. Got the run around when called in asking about the delay in delivery. Said they were short staffed. Not my problem and I would suggest you let customers know that there will be a delay when they order. Pizza was way too dark on the bottom. Was very tough to chew. It was not hot when we received the order. I have had better pizza from pizza hut. I didn't eat wings but those that did said they were just ok. Won't order from here again."

"Delivery was good ordered two pizzas their food is tasty however I ordered a meat lovers and on the menu it says that there are no onions on this pizza my pizza arrived with onions on it so I guess sometimes you just get extra toppings that you don’t ask for and I’m allergic to onions sadly they’re not even big onions that you can just pick off they’re small and diced pain in the but waste of a pizza"

"We ordered from here for the first time last night. It look about an hour for delivery, which is pretty much average to a little better than a lot of places around here. We ordered two pizzas, one thin crust, one normal. The thin was okay. My husband and I thought it was fine. The other couple didn't think the crust was crispy enough and had too much cheese on it. The normal one was very doughy tasting and looked like someone had carried it on its side. Half of it was inedible because of that. Overall, no one was impressed with the pizza. We didn't feel like calling and complaining and waiting for another one, but we probably won't be contacting again. I was hoping we'd really like them."
