"I’m not sure if everyone was having a bad day, but I wasn’t greeted when entering the store or when I was waiting for my order to be taken. One girl was more concerned about orders for people who weren’t there. After about 10 minutes of being ignored by the second employee behind the glass, thankfully a young man came around to restock & noticed I was still waiting to order. Again, my order was taken in silence (very awkward) & both employees seemed to be in slow mode.. extremely slow mode. If the third employee who was restocking didn’t say something, I’m not sure when I would have been helped, considering when I left the same employee was doing the same sandwiches she had been working on before I even came in. Will not be returning"

"Employees seemed to be in slow mode. We did an online order and gave more than ample time for them to make our order and have it ready for pickup. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes in the store."

"Even though their website states buy one get one free footlong until 7/10. I walked in today and was told that the manager had advise the staff not to honor this promotion since they can not afford it."

"So, ordered online, was supposed to be ready at 7:20, got there, wasn't begun until almost 730. I was envisioning a sandwich with fresh bread, some nice vegetables, instead bread was like an old shoe and had about four pieces of spinach on it. We'll, I guess I'm done with this place..."
