"I have been banking here for right at a year now. In that time I've had less than 10 positive experiences. Now I try to wait til the last minute to do any banking here to save myself some anxiety. If you have any questions be prepared to be talked to like a fool and rushed out of line to make way for the good ole boys behind you. I am a traveling musician, and my wife has recently had life changing health problems of which I hope nobody ever reading this has to go through, but I'm sure you can imagine its not easy. MGACU, instead of working with these changes and trying to accommodate our new needs, makes new obstacles for us that make even the simplest tasks 10X more difficult. I'm also made to feel like I'm up to something suspicious everytime I just want to make a deposit. Imagine how I'm made to feel now that I am having to make changes to our situation. 3 stars because the app is easy to use and eliminates my need to go here physically. I fully expect to be treated even WORSE the next time I have to physically come to the CU. Which according to the phone call I literally just fielded will be sooner rather than later. But I say this: Please don't hold this review against us. We are a family from your hometown, just like every other customer in your line. We truly wanted to focus our banking 100% with you and have been making moves to make that happen (which is not surprisingly never questioned or withheld) Please help us give our business to you.
